SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 16, 2005 -- Pay By Touch today announced that the company has filed a patent infringement suit against BioPay, alleging that BioPay is willfully infringing Pay By Touch's patents. Pay By Touch is seeking treble damages and costs of suit from BioPay.%%N%%NPay By Touch alleges that BioPay is infringing Pay By Touch's '042 patent covering tokenless biometric transactions and Pay By Touch's '397 patent covering biometric check-cashing services.
