Communications Marketing Group Unveils its PAYMENT-ON-DEMAND System

Communications Marketing Group, Inc., Wrentham, Massachusetts, has just unveiled its "Payment-on-Demand" product, the first accounts receivable automation system that incorporates credit card, ACH, check guarantee, and the printing of pre-authorized checks, either on demand or via its state-of-the-art scheduled payment feature. "Payment-on-Demand" was designed to help businesses efficiently collect funds from sales or receivables by putting collections options right at the user's fingertips.

"Payment-on-Demand" prints checks that do not require a signature (with customer pre-authoriza-tion). The system features a fully automated office suite, including letter generation, notes systems for telemarketing, statement system, reports for forecasting future income, and reports of sales history. The "Payment-on-Demand" system includes modules for the guarantee of checks produced on the system (or the guarantee of manual checks), modules for credit card processing and interconnect to various processors, and modules for generation and transferring of ACHs.

The credit card, ACH, and check processing features are unlike any other system we have seen. All allow the operator of the system to enter sales transactions (such as $3,000 for braces at a dentist, $840 for a membership at a health club, etc.), then produce weekly or monthly payments from the customers. When checks are printed by the system, deposit tickets for the bank are printed immediately afterwards. ACH transfer reports are generated when ACH transactions are transferred to the host. Additionally, many credit card reports are available.

Communications Marketing Group's "Payment-on-Demand" product is never sold or leased. It is available on a rental basis only, and at a fee far lower than the costs of separate components to perform the same functions. ISOs are invited to call to qualify for cash-on-installation and residual commission programs. Please call (508) 384-3000 or fax (508) 384-1017 for information.
