As a Sales Professional we must always remember that people may not always know what is right for their Business. As a professional sales person your job is to help them make better decisions:
Thomas Watson, Chairman of IBM, 1943, commenting on the market for computers:

A business person will often find that their business has changed and now requires something that they were sure that they didn't need just yesterday:
Ken Olsen, President and Founder of Digital Equipment Corp., 1977, commenting on the future of the home computer:
"There is no reason anyone would want a computer in their home."
