A Thing The Right Words
The Right Words

Using the right words can make a difference in your sales. As an example, don't use the word "Contract," because contracts are cold and legal things. Say instead that you need to complete "The paperwork."

Don't ask the prospect to "Buy" your service or to make a buying decision. We don't really want them to buy, but rather use the word "own." Owning the finest Check Approval Service is friendlier.

Don't ask a prospective customer for an "appointment," but ask to make a "visit," and be sure never to acknowledge that they have an "Objection." Rather these are "Areas of Concern."

Finally, you never want to "sell" a prospect, but rather you want "to get them involved" with the service.
