Affiliated Computer Services who approached CrossCheck Inc. last year to acquire the Fourth placed Check Guarantee giant, has taken a minority position in Integrated Delivery Technologies, a start-up company formed to provide payment services to supermarkets under the name "Cartel".
ACS provides back-office banking services, financial services and authorization services for Banking and Retail customers. ACS does not have a check product.
