Inc., has named Nicholas Logan president
and CEO. Immediately prior to joining ePicNetz, Mr. Logan was Chairman
and CEO of Econex, an electronic commerce joint venture of NOVA
Corporation, Key Bank NA, and FirstEnergy. Logan will be directly
responsible for expanding ePicNetz's position and for the development
of strategic alliances. Prior to Econex, Logan was Senior Executive VP
at NOVA Corporation and served as president and COO of PMT Services.

Corporation announced a multi-year contract extension to provide
processing services to CO-OP Network, the largest credit union EFT
network in the country. eFunds provides ATM driving, transaction
switching and routing, debit services, and other processing to CO-OP
Network. In addition, CO-OP licenses eFunds' DataNavigator an EFT data

Exchange (ECX) has promoted Thad
Bees to vice president of national sales and has added Jeff Blomstrom
as director of Western regional sales. Additionally, ECX has acquired
an agent office in Chicago. The acquisition adds 12 e-consultants and
10 customer services/sales support representatives to the ECX roster
and establishes a Midwest regional office. Finally, ECX moved it

Data Merchant Services selected
U.S. Wireless Data Inc., to
power its wireless credit card transactions. USWD's Synapse platform
(formerly named Wireless Express Payment Service) will be available to
First Data's existing and new merchants. First Data will have the
option to provide Synapse's online real-time reporting capabilities to
both wireless and traditional landline customers, with reports
customized for First Data alliances. First Data Merchant Services will
offer the Synapse solution across all distribution channels, including

Technology recently launched an ATM program with Evergreen Teller
