program specifies that IVI Checkmate will supply the Elite 780 RF terminal
with wireless CDPD communications for resale through GTE Wireless’
nationwide “Wireless Retailer” program. Atomic Software will provide
front-end transaction switching services that route the retailer’s
credit card transactions to the appropriate processor for authorization.
Atomic Software enables a retailer to select from any number of credit,
debit and check service processors, allowing program customers to select
the authorization service that best fits their needs. GTE Wireless
Services will bundle the Elite 780 RF and Atomic Software with merchant
support services including monthly billing for resale to retailers and
