I
nternet and
home banking are not new concepts. Many banks, from Compass to Wells
Fargo, offer Internet banking. But, while those larger banks have entered
the “e-world” the smaller banks aren’t as prevalent online. NDC’s
iBanker is changing that.
Idaho
Banking Company, a community bank located in Boise, Idaho, has selected
NDC’s Internet banking system, iBanker, for its home banking solution.
Idaho
Banking Company will use iBanker to provide home banking services to new
and existing customers. The system will allow customers to fully manage
their banking relationship by using standard Internet browsers to view
account balances, transfer funds, pay bills, generate electronic
statements, place stop
payments, and more.
Idaho
Banking Company President and CEO, Cortland Rounds said, “iBanker will
level the playing field with our larger competitors by allowing us to
provide better Internet services at a fraction of the cost. And, as a
growing community bank, it will allow us to quickly expand our reach
beyond brick-and- mortar branches . . .”
iBanker
is an Internet home banking and cash management solution for small- to
medium-sized banks. The system can run in an in-house or service bureau
environment and gives banks a full-scale delivery solution for all of
their financial products and services. For more information visit the NDC
Web site at http://www.ndcecommerce.com or call (800) 727-5009.
