HyperKit

Hypercom Corp., recently introduced their HyperWare “C” Developer’s Toolkit, which is a C-based package that includes the source code for a base application for credit and debit transactions. The tools allow programmers to customize payment systems application to differentiate their solution from those of their competitors.

“Our customers report they are delighted with the performance and functionality of the applications we are developing, but that they also want the change to use their own in-house programming expertise,” said George Devitt, Hypercom senior vice president of sales.

The kit includes utility functions to access and work with Hypercom’s card payment systems, libraries, compilers, debugging tools, and in-circuit emulators. According to Devitt, the toolkit “expands the flexibility and functionality of the customer’s electronic processing network, and allows them to fine-tune the applications to their own environment.”

The toolkit is compatible with the Hypercom ICE 5000 family of payment systems, the T7 card payment systems, S7 and S8 PINpads, and Hypercom printers. For more information access http://www.hypercom.com/.
