Innovative Merchant Solutions, LLC, a national full service bankcard processing provider, has aligned with CrossCheck, Inc., to market check guarantee services to Innovative Merchant Solutions’ retail and Internet merchant customers. Innovative Merchant Solutions, headquartered in Calabasas, California, began including CrossCheck’s check program, marketed under the Innovative Check Solutions name, as part of their extensive payment services offerings, July 1, 2000.

Innovative Merchant Solutions provides merchants with electronic payment processing for Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, EBT, debit, and other credit card transactions initiated at POS terminals or through e-commerce on the Internet. CrossCheck’s check guarantee services include coverage of checks returned due to “NSF” or “Stop Payment” reasons, COD checks, multi-check payment, and reimbursement of bank fees.
